Before we begin, here are a few things!
I am a fairly new vegan, so the range of experience you find here will neither be expansive nor impressive.
The products and recipes that you see here may include white sugar.
I understand and appreciate that many people do not use the product as it is refined using bone char.
I am not a professional chef, so most of what you see here is from personal experience and experimentation. But I am still alive, and that must account for something!
I might not be very regular with the posts. So to my many non-existent fans and followers, here are my heartfelt apologies in advance.
The initial few posts might not have pictures of each and every step as I will try to put up as many posts I can of older recipes. But I will 'try' being better with the picture thing henceforth.
Also, I am horrible with the 'presentation bit'.
Me and my food, both come in large portions and are fresh out of damns to give.
Please feel free to point out if I fuck up.
Especially if I suggest or recommend something which isn't vegan.
And most importantly,
This is a 23 year old pretending she knows what she's doing.
And we all know what that means.
